At Empower Chiropractic, we are a non-insurance-based practice and are not in network with most insurance companies.

This approach allows us to focus entirely on your care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance providers, such as limited visit times or treatment constraints. As a result, we’re able to spend the time needed to deliver personalized, high-quality care at every visit.

We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and checks. For your convenience, you may also choose to keep a card on file.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can check your out-of-network benefits on your behalf.If you would like to submit claims to your insurance independently, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request. This can be emailed to you for easy submission.
